
CMOS power supply support circuit featuring a fixed 4.37V threshold voltage. This battery backup circuit monitors a single voltage rail with undervoltage detection at 4.25V and overvoltage detection at 4.5V. It provides an active-low, totem-pole output and a 200ms reset timeout. Operating from 1.2V to 5.5V, it consumes a maximum supply current of 55uA. Packaged in a through-hole PDIP-8 (0.300 inch) format, this component operates between -40°C and 85°C.
