CMOS power supply support circuit featuring a fixed +4.37V threshold for single-channel voltage monitoring. This surface-mount integrated circuit, housed in an 8-pin SOIC package, operates within a 1.2V to 5.5V supply voltage range with a maximum supply current of 55µA. It provides an active-low, totem-pole output and includes a 200ms reset timeout. The device supports a reset threshold voltage range of 4.25V to 4.5V and operates from -40°C to 85°C.
