Surface mount battery backup circuit with a single voltage monitoring channel. Features a 2.8V undervoltage threshold and a 2.97V overvoltage threshold, with a typical reset threshold of 2.88V. Operates from 1.2V to 5.5V supply voltage, consuming a maximum of 55uA. Provides an active high, totem-pole reset output with a 200ms timeout. Packaged in a lead-free SOIC case, supplied on tape and reel.
