The DS75S-CA/T&R+W is a 12-bit digital temperature sensor with a 2-wire serial interface. It operates over a temperature range of -55°C to 125°C with an accuracy of ±3°C maximum. The sensor has a typical operating supply voltage of 3.3V or 5V and a maximum operating supply voltage of 5.5V. It is available in an 8-pin SOIC N package.
