Features a single voltage monitoring capability with adjustable overvoltage and undervoltage thresholds at 4.49V and 4.25V respectively. Operates within a 4.5V to 5.5V supply voltage range, consuming a typical 50µA supply current. Includes active high/low reset with a 250ms timeout and an integrated watchdog timer. RoHS compliant, operating from 0°C to 70°C.
