Surface mountable, half-duplex RS422/RS485 transceiver IC operating at 500Kbps. Features one driver and one receiver with a 50ns propagation delay and 15mV receiver hysteresis. This integrated circuit supports an operating supply voltage of 5.5V and a low 2mA supply current. Designed for a wide temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, it is RoHS compliant and available in a 10-pin UMAX package.
