Dual-output synchronous step-down DC-DC controller with adjustable output voltage from 1V to 5.5V. Features a wide input voltage range of 2.7V to 28V and a minimum output current of 1.2A per channel. This surface-mount component is housed in a 20-pin TSSOP EP package with gull-wing leads, measuring 6.6mm x 4.5mm x 0.95mm. Operates across an automotive temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
