Dual-output synchronous step-down DC-DC controller and regulator, accepting 2.7V to 28V input. Features adjustable output voltage from 1V to 5.5V with a minimum 1.2A maximum output current per channel. Housed in a 20-pin TSSOP EP package with gull-wing leads for surface mounting, offering a 0.65mm pin pitch and dimensions of 6.6mm x 4.5mm x 0.95mm. Operates across an automotive temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
