Operates from a single 5V supply (4.75V to 5.25V) with a maximum supply current of 10mA. Housed in an 8-pin SOIC N narrow body surface-mount package with gull-wing leads, measuring 4.9mm x 3.9mm x 1.37mm, and supports up to 128 drivers and receivers per line.
