
Single-channel, voltage-feedback operational amplifier featuring a 700MHz gain bandwidth product and 350MHz -3dB bandwidth. This surface-mount IC offers a 900V/µs slew rate and 45mA output current per channel. Operating from dual supplies between 2.25V and 4V, or single supplies from 4.5V to 8V, it provides 60dB common mode rejection and power supply rejection ratios. With a 1mV input offset voltage and 3.5uA input bias current, this RoHS-compliant component is suitable for operation between -40°C and 85°C.
