
Single transmitter/receiver bus transceiver for RS-422 and RS-485 interfaces. Features a 250Kbps data rate and operates at 5V with a supply voltage range of 4.75V to 5.25V. This surface-mount component is housed in an 8-pin SOIC package, measuring 5mm in length, 4mm in width, and 1.5mm in height. It offers 70mV receiver hysteresis and a low operating supply current of 250uA. RoHS compliant and suitable for half-duplex communication.
