Operates across a wide supply voltage range of 2.2V to 28V, with a maximum supply current of 107 µA. Surface mountable with a compact 2.19mm x 1.61mm footprint and 0.5mm pin pitch. Suitable for operation in temperatures from -40°C to 85°C.
