Surface mount voltage detector and simple reset/power-on reset IC. Monitors a single voltage with a 2.2V threshold, featuring an active-low push-pull output and a 20µs reset timeout. Operates from 1.2V to 5.5V with 1µA supply current and 2.5% accuracy. Maximum power dissipation is 174mW, with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. Lead-free and RoHS compliant.
