Surface mount voltage detector with a 3-pin SC-70 package. Monitors a single voltage with a threshold accuracy of 2.5%. Features a reset threshold voltage range of 3.25V to 3.35V, an overvoltage threshold of 3.958V, and an undervoltage threshold of 3.841V. Operates from 1.2V to 5.5V supply voltage, with a typical operating supply current of 1µA. Reset is active high with a 20µs timeout. This lead-free, RoHS compliant component is supplied in tape and reel packaging.
