The MAX6384XS19D7+T is a surface-mount supervisory circuit with a totem-pole output. It monitors a single voltage and provides a reset signal when the supply voltage falls below 1.85V or rises above 1.95V. The device operates from 1V to 5.5V and consumes only 7uA of current. It is RoHS compliant and suitable for use in temperatures up to 125°C.
