Surface mount voltage detector IC with a 1.6V reset threshold, featuring undervoltage detection at 1.576V and overvoltage detection at 1.624V. Operates from a 1V to 6V supply voltage with a low 3.5uA supply current. Provides active-high reset output with a 14us reset timeout. Packaged in a TO-236-3 (SOT23-3) package, this lead-free, RoHS compliant component is suitable for applications up to 125°C.
