Surface mount supervisory circuit with a single voltage monitoring channel. Features a 2.4V threshold voltage, with undervoltage detection at 2.364V and overvoltage detection at 2.436V. Operates from a 1V to 6V supply voltage with a low 3.5uA supply current. Provides active-high reset with a 14us reset timeout. Packaged in TO-236-3 (SOT23-3) for tape and reel distribution.
