2.4V processor supervisor with active-low, totem-pole output. Features a 2.4V threshold voltage with 2.5% accuracy, ±75mV tolerance for undervoltage (2.364V) and overvoltage (2.436V) detection. Operates from 1.2V to 6V with a low 3.5µA supply current. Includes 260ms reset delay and 150ms reset timeout. This surface-mount integrated circuit is RoHS compliant and packaged in a 3-pin SC-70 tape and reel.
