The MAX6723AUTZED2+T is a 3-channel multi-voltage supervisor in a SOT-23-6 package. It operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C and is lead free. The device monitors three supply voltages and provides an active low reset signal when any of the monitored voltages fall below their respective undervoltage thresholds. The watchdog timer feature allows for system reset in case of a software or hardware failure. The device consumes only 15uA of operating supply current.
