The MAX6730AUTMD6+T is a surface-mount supervisory circuit with a simple reset/power-on reset function. It monitors a single voltage and provides an active-low reset signal when the supply voltage falls below 4.25V or rises above 4.5V. The IC operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C and consumes 15uA of current. It is available in a 6-pin SOT-23 package and is RoHS compliant.
