The MAX6730AUTYD1+T is a surface-mount supervisory circuit with a simple reset/power-on reset function. It monitors a single voltage and provides an active-low reset signal when the supply voltage falls below 2.125V or rises above 2.25V. The device operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C and consumes only 15uA of supply current.
