The MAX6731AUTZD2+T is a surface-mountable simple reset/power-on reset IC, suitable for operating temperatures up to 125°C. It monitors a single voltage and provides an active-low reset signal when the supply voltage falls below 2.25V or rises above 2.375V. The device has a low operating supply current of 15μA and is available in a 2500-unit tape and reel package.
