The MAX6867UK22D4S+T is a surface mount simple reset/power-on reset IC with a totem-pole output. It operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C and is RoHS compliant. The device monitors a single voltage and provides a reset signal when the supply voltage falls below 2.133V or rises above 2.243V. The reset timeout is 1.2 seconds and the operating supply current is 7uA. The IC is packaged in a SOT-23-5 package and is available in quantities of 2500 on tape and reel.
