Surface mount processor supervisor IC with a 2V reset threshold, adjustable from 1.95V to 2.05V. Monitors a single voltage rail within a 1.1V to 5.5V operating supply range. Features active-high reset output and a 600ms reset timeout. Includes a watchdog timer and operates with a low 7µA supply current. Packaged in a 5-pin SOT-23 for tape and reel distribution.
