Surface mount supervisory circuit with active-high/active-low reset functionality. Features a reset timeout of 140ms and monitors a single voltage. Operating supply voltage ranges from 0V to 5.5V with a maximum supply current of 100uA. Reset threshold voltages are between 4.25V and 4.5V, with an overvoltage threshold at 4.5V and undervoltage threshold at 4.25V. Includes a watchdog timer and is RoHS compliant.
