Supervisory circuit IC with a single channel, surface mountable in an 8-pin UMAX package. Features active-low, totem-pole output and monitors one voltage with a reset timeout of 140ms. Operates from 1.2V to 5.5V with a maximum supply current of 500µA. Reset threshold voltages range from 4.25V to 4.5V, with an overvoltage threshold at 4.5V and undervoltage threshold at 4.25V. Includes a watchdog timer and is lead-free and RoHS compliant, suitable for operation between -40°C and 85°C.
