Features a single monitored voltage with a reset threshold range of 2.55V to 2.7V, and an overvoltage threshold of 2.7V. This power supply monitor offers active high/active low reset with a 140ms reset timeout. The SOIC package measures 5mm x 4mm x 1.5mm, operating from 0°C to 70°C, with a maximum power dissipation of 470.6mW and an operating supply current of 135uA. RoHS compliant and lead-free.
