Features a reset threshold voltage range of 4.25V to 4.5V, with an overvoltage threshold at 4.5V and undervoltage threshold at 4.25V. Operates with a maximum supply voltage of 5.5V and a minimum of 1.2V, drawing a maximum supply current of 200uA and an operating supply current of 65uA. Includes an active-low, totem-pole output and a 140ms reset timeout. This lead-free, RoHS-compliant component is suitable for operation between -40°C and 85°C.
