Featuring an active-low, totem-pole output, it operates within a 1V to 5.5V supply voltage range and consumes a maximum of 150µA supply current. The component offers a reset timeout of 140ms and is packaged in an 8-pin SOIC for rail/tube distribution. It is lead-free, RoHS compliant, and suitable for operation between 0°C and 70°C.
