Surface mount battery backup circuit with a 1V to 5.5V operating supply voltage range. Features a single monitored voltage with reset thresholds at 4.25V (undervoltage) and 4.5V (overvoltage). Includes a watchdog timer and active-low, totem-pole reset output with a 140ms timeout. Operates from 0°C to 70°C with a maximum power dissipation of 471mW and a supply current of 350uA. Packaged in a lead-free SOIC for tape and reel distribution.
