Monitors one voltage with a threshold voltage of 4.65V, with undervoltage at 4.5V and overvoltage at 4.75V. Operates from 1.1V to 5.5V supply voltage, drawing a maximum of 350uA and typical 150uA. Includes a watchdog timer and totem-pole output, housed in a lead-free SOIC package measuring 5mm x 4mm x 1.5mm.
