Features reset thresholds between 4.65V and 4.75V, with an overvoltage threshold at 4.75V and undervoltage threshold at 4.65V. Operates with a maximum supply voltage of 5.5V and a minimum of 1.2V, drawing a maximum supply current of 85uA. Offers active high/active low reset with a 140ms reset timeout. This RoHS compliant component is designed for operation between -40°C and 85°C.
