Operates from 1V to 5.5V with a typical supply current of 75uA. Reset threshold voltage ranges from 4.65V to 4.75V, with an overvoltage threshold at 4.75V and undervoltage at 4.65V. Includes a watchdog timer and is RoHS compliant, packaged in an 8-pin SOIC.
