Supervisory circuit featuring a single-channel battery backup function. Monitors one voltage with reset thresholds between 4.25V and 4.5V, and an overvoltage threshold of 4.5V. Operates from 0V to 5.5V with a low 11µA supply current. Includes an active-low reset with a 140ms timeout and a watchdog timer. Packaged in an 8-pin SOIC for surface mounting, this lead-free and RoHS-compliant component operates from -40°C to 85°C.
