Features a wide input voltage range from 1.2V to 5.5V and a maximum output voltage of 5V. Designed for surface mount applications with a compact 3.1mm x 3.1mm x 0.75mm TDFN package. Operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C and includes a synchronous rectifier for enhanced performance. RoHS compliant and supplied in tape and reel packaging.
