Fixed positive LDO regulator offering a 2.82V nominal output voltage with a maximum output current of 0.3A. Features a low dropout voltage of 0.22V maximum and operates from a 2.5V to 6.5V input range. This CMOS regulator provides tight voltage tolerance with a maximum of 2.85V and excellent line and load regulation. Packaged in an 8-terminal PDSO8 (S-PDSO-G8) miniature package, it operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
