Fixed positive LDO regulator offering a 3.3V output voltage with a maximum dropout voltage of 0.12V. Features a 3.4V to 6.5V input voltage range and a maximum output current of 0.15A. This 5-terminal CMOS device operates within a -40°C to 85°C temperature range and is housed in a compact SOT-23 (PDSO5) package. It provides excellent line and load regulation, with maximum values of 0.0153% and 0.158% respectively.
