Commercial temperature grade operational amplifier featuring a 400µV maximum input offset voltage and 0.038µA maximum average bias current. This bipolar, voltage-feedback amplifier offers a 0.4V/µs nominal slew rate and 500,000 minimum voltage gain. Designed for dual terminal operation, it includes frequency compensation and low-offset capabilities. The 14-terminal PDIP package measures 19.05mm in length and 7.62mm in width, operating within a 0°C to 70°C temperature range. Nominal supply voltage is ±15V, with limits up to ±22V, and a maximum supply current of 2.4mA.
