High-precision operational amplifier featuring a low input offset voltage of 140µV maximum. This bipolar, voltage-feedback amplifier offers a high open-loop gain of 250,000 minimum and a unity gain bandwidth of 63kHz nominal. Designed for industrial temperature ranges (-40°C to 85°C), it operates with a nominal supply voltage of ±15V, up to ±22V limits. The 8-pin TO-99 package provides a single function with a nominal slew rate of 17V/µs and a common-mode reject ratio of 121dB. Frequency compensation is integrated for stable closed-loop gain.
