Dropout voltage is 0.12V at 100mA, 0.38V at 1.5A, and 0.6V at 3A. Housed in a 6-pin TO-263 surface-mount package with gull-wing leads, it operates from -40°C to 125°C and includes current limit and reverse battery protection.
