Bi-directional TVS diode, single configuration, offering 1500W peak pulse power dissipation. Features a maximum reverse stand-off voltage of 17.1V and a maximum clamping voltage of 27.7V. Operates with a maximum reverse leakage current of 1µA and a minimum breakdown voltage of 19V. Housed in a 2-pin axial lead DO-201 package with through-hole mounting. Extended operating temperature range from -65°C to 150°C.
