
512Kb SPI serial EEPROM memory, organized as 64K x 8, features a 250ns access time and operates with a 2MHz clock frequency, expandable up to 20MHz. This non-volatile EEPROM supports a wide supply voltage range from 1.8V to 5.5V and is housed in a compact 3.9mm wide SOIC surface-mount package. It offers write protection and a maximum write cycle time of 5ms, operating reliably between -40°C and 85°C.
