8-bit AVR RISC microcontroller featuring 8KB Flash program memory and 512B RAM. This surface-mount device offers 16 programmable I/Os, two timers, and an SPI interface. Operating at up to 20 MHz, it supports 2.5V, 3.3V, and 5V supply voltages with a maximum of 5.5V. The 20-pin SOIC W package has a 1.27mm pin pitch and is suitable for lead-frame SMT mounting. It includes 11 ADC channels and operates within a -40°C to 85°C temperature range.
