The DSC1101AI1-111.1110 is a 111.111 MHz MEMS oscillator in a DFN-6 package with a very thin dual flat no lead, exposed pad configuration. It operates over a supply voltage range of 2.25 to 3.6 volts and is suitable for use in temperatures between -40 and 85 degrees Celsius. The oscillator features a frequency stability of ±50 ppm and a maximum symmetry of 55 degrees. It is a surface mount device with a 2.54 mm pin pitch and is made of plastic.
