Surface mount, lead-free, 3-pin integrated circuit for power supply monitoring. Features a single voltage monitoring channel with a reset threshold of 2.63V (2.591V undervoltage, 2.67V overvoltage). Operates from 1V to 5.5V with a maximum supply current of 1.75µA and quiescent current of 1µA. Provides an active-low, totem-pole output with an 80ms reset timeout. Suitable for applications requiring simple reset and power-on reset functionality.
