Surface mount, 3-pin, SOT-23-3 packaged power supply support circuit. Features a single voltage monitoring channel with an active-low totem-pole output. Operates from 1V to 5.5V supply voltage with a typical quiescent current of 1µA. Reset threshold is 2.93V, with undervoltage at 2.866V and overvoltage at 2.974V. Includes an 80ms reset timeout. Lead-free and RoHS compliant, rated for -40°C to 125°C.
