Features a 2.32V threshold voltage, with an overvoltage threshold of 2.355V and undervoltage threshold of 2.285V. Operates within a 1V to 5.5V supply voltage range, drawing a maximum supply current of 1.75uA. The output is TOTEM-POLE, and the reset function is active low. Packaged in a 3-pin SC-70 (SC) plastic package, measuring 2.25mm in length, 1.35mm in width, and 1mm in height.
