Surface mount voltage detector IC with a 3-pin SC-70 package, measuring 2.25mm L x 1.35mm W x 1mm H. Features a single monitored voltage with a reset threshold of 3.08V (3.034V to 3.126V range). Operates from 1V to 5.5V supply voltage with a low quiescent current of 1µA. Provides active-low totem-pole output and is RoHS compliant.
