1-channel power supply support circuit, TO-92 package, 3-pin, through-hole mount. Features active low reset with a threshold voltage of 2.625V (±5% accuracy), monitoring a single voltage. Operates from 1V to 5.5V supply voltage with a maximum supply current of 60µA. Offers a reset timeout of 150ms and a quiescent current of 45µA. RoHS compliant, lead-free, with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
