Surface mount power management IC featuring active low push-pull output with a watchdog timer. Monitors a single voltage with a reset threshold of 2.9V, ranging from 2.857V (undervoltage) to 2.944V (overvoltage). Operates from 1V to 5.5V supply voltage with a low supply current of 10µA and quiescent current of 1µA. Designed for a wide temperature range of -40°C to +125°C, packaged in a 5-pin SOT-23 and supplied on tape and reel. Includes a reset delay of 1.4ms and a watchdog timer with a 6.3-second timeout.
